Privacy & cookies
The short version: we only collect what we need to reply to you and run this website, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Little & Mighty, 31 Alpine Gardens, Bath BA1 5PD. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Questions about your data: [email protected] or 07595 534146.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address and anything else you choose to give us, such as your company, phone number and the details of your project.
- When you visit the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested), kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to provide any work you ask us for and to keep basic records of our conversations. Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us and our legitimate interest in running our business. We don't send marketing unless you ask for it, and we never sell or rent your data.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business, such as our website host and email provider, under their own data protection terms. Some of these may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and then for up to six years for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address so it can deliver them, but sets no cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
